For this episode of The All-Around Adventure Podcast, I’m joined by my cousin and fellow hunter and outdoorsman, Chris Kreiner.

Chris, like me, grew up in rural Michigan and from an early age has spent a lot of time in the outdoors. Some of his earliest and fondest memories were spending time in the tree stand with his father and fishing for bluegills in nearby ponds. Since then he’s made his way to many places around the country to go hunting. Including coyote hunting over in Nebraska and hog hunting down in Texas, among others. Along with that, he also writes articles and conducts filming for various publications, such as Tactical Life magazine.

In this episode, Chris tells us about his journey as a hunter and an outdoorsman. Beginning with his time growing up in rural Michigan and how the outdoors influenced his development. We also discuss hunting controversies and our thoughts on them. Furthermore, we go over the personal benefits that one can gain from spending more time in the outdoors and spending less time on social media and other forms of technology that are constantly trying to hold on to our attention.
