Earlier this week I had the opportunity to speak with Bryan Parady, host of the Bones to Bulk podcast. We did a live stream in the Bones to Bulk Facebook group, and we talked about my time in The Gambia as a Peace Corps volunteer. He was curious to know about how I managed to stay fit when I had no access to a gym and a few nutritional options. Which certainly made for a great discussion.
