Adventure consulting disclaimer and terms and conditions
By booking a consultation with Josh Guerrero and All-Around Adventure, you acknowledge that all guidance and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only. I am not responsible for any decisions made based on my advice, nor for any personal, financial, or legal consequences that may arise from your travels or adventures.
I do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to successful travel arrangements, positive experiences, or problem-free trips. You are solely responsible for your safety, bookings, and adherence to local laws and regulations while traveling.
1. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will I be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from travel experiences, delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds After Consultation: Due to the nature of one-on-one consulting services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued after a session is completed.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated.
- No-Shows and Late Cancellations: If a client fails to show up or cancels within 24 hours of their session, the session is forfeited with no refund or rescheduling option.

All client information shared during consultations is kept confidential. However, testimonials may be used for marketing purposes with the client’s consent.

Adventure copywriting disclaimer and terms and conditions
By engaging Josh Guerrero for copywriting services, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Work: Deliverables include ad campaigns, articles, blog posts, or other agreed-upon materials. Additional services must be agreed in writing.
2. Revisions: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions per project. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
3. Fees, Payment, and Deposits: A deposit of 30–50% of the total project fee is required to secure the project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final content. For ongoing services, clients may engage Josh Guerrero on a monthly retainer basis. Payment for each month is due on a pre-agreed day of the month, established at the start of the engagement, in exchange for a pre-agreed set of deliverables. The agreed-upon payment day may vary depending on the start date of the retainer but will remain consistent for the duration of the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work remains the property of Josh Guerrero until full payment is received.
4. Copyright and Usage: Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the content as specified. Josh Guerrero retains the right to use content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
5. Confidentiality: All sensitive client information is kept confidential and not disclosed without permission.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination will still be due.
7. Liability: Josh Guerrero is not liable for errors in client-provided information, third-party claims, or outcomes from use of content.
Public Speaking disclaimer and terms and conditions
By booking Josh Guerrero for a speaking engagement, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services: Josh Guerrero will deliver a presentation as agreed upon, including duration, slides, and any Q&A session. Any additional services must be agreed in writing.
2. Booking and Confirmation: Engagements are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. Booking is subject to availability.
3. Fees and Payment: A deposit of 30–40% of the agreed speaking fee is required to secure the event date. The event is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event. For events requiring travel, accommodations, or additional preparation, full payment may be required 30 days prior. Work and services remain contingent upon full payment.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior, the deposit may be applied toward a future event at the discretion of Josh Guerrero. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior, the deposit is forfeited, and additional fees may apply depending on event preparation and incurred costs. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability. Events may be rescheduled with mutual agreement. Deposits may be applied toward the new date if agreed in writing.
5. Recording and Media: Permission to record the presentation must be granted in writing. Josh Guerrero retains all rights to his presentation materials, including slides, speech content, and any video/audio recordings.
6. Travel and Expenses: Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for travel, lodging, and related expenses.
7. Liability: Josh Guerrero is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the event or its content, including attendee reactions, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property: All materials created and presented by Josh Guerrero remain his intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
