It goes without saying that 2020 has been a stressful year! And there’s a possibility that the stressors that we faced in 2020, could carry over into 2021. After all, life doesn’t just stop sending crazy things our way just because the calendar changes. However, there are ways to reduce the number of stressors in our lives. And make it so that we don’t become overwhelmed by them. One way to achieve this is by looking at the bathtub model of stress.
In this episode of Travel Reflections, I talk about what this model entails and share examples from my own experiences. I also go over five strategies that you can implement in order to reduce the number of stressors in your life!
