We all have moments in our lives when darkness looms over us. This can lead to us feeling sad, angry, frustrated, wrathful, or some other negative emotion. Darkness found its way into my head during one of my recent travels. Fortunately, I was able to keep it from overwhelming me. In this solocast, I talk about what had happened and the mindset strategies that I used to combat my dark thoughts.
